Day 1 - Arrival La Paz

Upon arrival transfer to hotel. Time to acclimatize, afternoon at leisure. Dinner at Hotel.

La Paz is surrounded by snowy mountains and lies in the heart of the Andes. It’s an Inca heritage, and the centre of the indigenous native culture, you can see it in the colourful population.

Day 2 - La Paz city tour and Moon valley

La Paz is situated at 3,632m, the city lies in a valley of the foothills of the Andes. Today we’ll discover the city by foot and by cable car to enjoy the amazing view. We will visit the colonial part of the city, San Francisco Church, Gold Museum and we also visit the viewpoint “Mirador de Killi Killi”; and the outdoor replica of Tiwanaku temple. And there is some shopping time; we’ll go to the street markets rich in handicrafts, coca leaves and witchcraft items. We’ll visit the Valley of the Moon, a clay mountain has been impressively shaped by erosion. And we explore the city by cable car “Teleférico”, for an excellent view of La Paz. For everyone a highlight!


Day 3 - Lake Titicaca sailing by Catamaran

Transfer to Copacabana for a Sailing trip on Lake Titicaca.
Board the Catamaran Cruise Ship to sail to the Sun Island, birthplace of the Inca Empire. We’ll visit the Inca’s Garden, fountains and stairs on this legendary island. We visit the Inti Wata Cultural Complex, the Pachamama agricultural Inca terraces, a handicraft center, the Manco Kapac lookout, the largest variety of Andean camelids and other spectaculaire sites. You will also enjoy an unique sailing experience on a huge Titicaca traditional reed vessel. Lunch on board. End of the day trip back to La Paz.


Day 4 - Uyuni Salt Flats

Flight to Uyuni. Visit of the Uyuni Salt flats by 4×4 jeeps.
The spectacular Bolivian Altiplano is one of the natural wonders of the earth and without a doubt the most breathtaking phenomenon of the Andes. The unique white salt flats of Uyuni are around 10,000 km2, the biggest in the world! We start the journey with visiting the train cemetery, a fascinating sight in the middle of the desert. Afterwards we enter the Salar de Uyuni. We’ll experience the traditional salt mining process and visit the beautiful Incahuasi Island, where you will enjoy walking between the famous giant cactuses and coral rock formations that are spectacularly located. A delicious lunch will be served on the Salt flats. At the end of the afternoon we have plenty of time to take funny perspective photos, the guides will help! Afterwards we you will appreciate the breathtaking sunset at the Uyuni Salt flats with a Luxury Cocktail and be overwhelmed by the biggest star sky in the world.

Day 5 - Salt flats & Lagoons

Today we have another day to enjoy the epic landscape. We will drive through the highlands by jeep, surrounded by volcanoes, both sleeping and actively smoking. We will visit the breathtaking minor lagoons (Cañapa, Chiarkota and Hedionda) with hundreds of flamingos. We have time to enjoy the incredible scenery and take some amazing photos. Vicuñas and llamas can be spotted on the plateaus.
At convenient flight back to La Paz for a goodbye diner.
